1.Improve processing performance 

Silicone oil, due to its lubricating properties, can effectively reduce the friction between rubber molecules and between rubber and processing equipment. This characteristic enables rubber to have greater fluidity during processes such as mixing and extrusion, improves the molding efficiency, and reduces the wear on processing equipment. 

2. Enhance demolding property 

During the molding process of rubber products, silicone oil plays the role of an efficient demolding agent. By reducing the adhesion between the rubber and the mold, it ensures the complete demolding of the products, avoiding deformation or surface damage caused by adhesion, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of the product's appearance and dimensions. 

3. Enhance flexibility and elasticity 

The addition of silicone oil can increase the spacing between rubber molecular chains and weaken the intermolecular forces. This change directly enhances the flexibility and elasticity of the rubber, optimizing its dynamic mechanical properties, such as reducing the material hardness, increasing tensile strength and elongation at break, and other key indicators. 

4. Enhance the resistance to aging performance 

The chemical stability and antioxidant properties of silicone oil enable it to form a protective layer on the surface of rubber, effectively blocking external factors such as oxygen and ultraviolet rays. This protective mechanism significantly slows down the aging process of rubber and extends the service life of the products. 

5. Reduce surface tension 

By adjusting the surface tension of the rubber, the silicone oil promotes the uniform dispersion of auxiliary materials such as pigments and fillers within the rubber. This effect not only enhances the mixing efficiency but also further improves the overall performance of the product.
