Description

MQ silicone resin is a kind of Si-O based cubic solid (nonlinearity) new style silicone material. Structural formula as follows, [(CH3)3SiO1/2]a[SiO4/2]b, in which [(CH3)3SiO1/2] is M and [SiO4/2] is Q. Benefited from its long-chain globular molecular structure, it has high thermostability, isolation, voltage resistance, viscosifying, corroborative ness etc…

Features

1.Surface treatment agent :used for silicone pressure sensitive adhesive,the phone keypad glue,epoxy adhesive surface of the adhesive,etc.

2.Reinforcingfiller:no shell potting glue can be used for RTV,HTV rubber ,liquid silicone rubber, hot vulcanized rubber, semiconductor components, LED encapsulants manufacturing.

3.Thickener :used for sealant,a silicone resin coating.

4.Other additives :The dispenser of release agent,defoamingagent,anti-sticking agents and polishes,peel strength and molding release agent modifier.

Usage

1.Heat it to liquid directly then add it to the system or disperse it with solvent (such as benzene, xylene)

2.If the environment needs to be clear and colorless, the dispersant should be the same. (such as silicone oil).The dosage should be between 1%-20% according to different application.

Storage and Transportation

Storage:Stored in dry,clean and airtight container.Keep away from sunlight and rain during storage and transportation.
